General informations
The person responsible for the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
It is only possible to rent for a maximum of 12 people.
To this number can be added without extra cost two children under the age of 3 (necessary equipment not provided).
Pets are only allowed with explicit authorization.
It is possible to organize family celebrations in the garden (placement of wedding, communion tent, etc.).
A meadow is also available if you wish to bring horses, please contact this if you have such plans.
Arrival and departure times
During school holidays and for weekly reservations: arrival between 6 and 8 p.m., departure between 9 and 11 a.m.
Outside school holidays, for weekends: arrival on Friday between 6 and 8 p.m., departure on Sunday between 9 and 6 p.m.
Guarantee
The guarantee is fixed at 250 €.
Any rental damage, damage to the accommodation, as well as damage, loss or theft caused to the movable property furnishing the accommodation, during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
In the absence of rental damage, the security deposit will be returned within a maximum of 2 weeks.
In the case of rental damage, the deposit will be refunded after repair of the damage suffered.
